He stopped by to share how I could benefit from having a solar system installed, and I decided to hear him out. At the time, my family’s attention and resources were focused entirely on helping my 16-year-old cousin fight cancer, so committing to a project like solar just wasn’t possible. When Carlos learned about our situation—and that my cousin shared the same name as his son—he immediately showed that this was about more than a sale.
