Check in is a pain, notably worse than other mgmt companies.

Hi Kaleb, Our apologies that you felt check-in was a pain. If you'd like to call or email us directly, we'd love your direct / specific feedback so we can try to improve processes for our guests. We do send text messages when your property is ready for check-in and feel that has greatly improved check-in for our guests. Any other feedback is appreciated. Thank you for staying with us.

We have booked with Summit Cove a number of times. Check in and check out are always seamless. In the fall we had a few issues with our unit and they immediately moved us to another. This made all the difference in the quality of our trip. Thanks for the great service. Highly recommend.

Thanks for staying with SummitCove Lodging. We always do our best to try to keep guests in their original property, but sometimes it is not always possible. We always do our best to find a similar or nicer property if we do have to move a guest. We sincerely appreciate your flexibility. We hope you'll come out to Keystone again soon! Thanks again!

The lodging and other building facilities were great! Clean, well kept, roomy, and everything in the room worked as it should. This was an offseason stay, and I would love to come back when the snow starts flying. My only other feedback would be about the room and parking key cards. The fact that I need separate keys for the room and parking is an inconvenience. More concerning was that I received 2 of each key type and one of each type didn't work.

Hi Thomas, Thank you so much for staying with us, we are happy to hear you enjoyed the condo. Good news! We are currently in the process of switching the majority of our properties to a new RFID key card system that will allow for just one entry key. Unfortunately the lock types are typically determined by HOAs, so we don't have always have control over the lock type / key system. We hope you'll come back for a winter visit and hit the slopes!

My entire experience with Summit Cove Lodging was top notch. The check in was easy. The condo was perfect. Very clean, easy to get to and central to so many things. We plan on coming back to the area and we will book through Summit Cove again

We are from texas , we were not informed of the unusually warm weather there. The room was horribly hot . We were given upon request 2 tiny fans . We were trying to make best of it . There was absolutly nothing to do there for senior citizens . Then We were called back to texas for a family medical emergency and not offered any refund . I certainly will not refer any one to summit cove for vacation anytime

Hi Grace, Our apologies that the room was warm; unfortunately properties just weren't built with air conditioning and they do cool off in the evening with the windows opened up. Many of our older guests enjoy summer activities like gondola rides, golf, 5-star dining, or walking the many trails or paved walking paths. We're sorry to hear about your family emergency, we recommend that next time you would purchase travel insurance so you may be refunded in unforeseen situations. Thank you for your feedback.
