Absolutely Great Working with Summit!!
Working with my broker, Mike was excellent. He was always very quick to respond to my emails or calls with questions, even outside of normal working hours. He answered my many questions with patient and extensive knowledge. He helped make the mortgage process so easy – I have a feeling it would be a much different experience without his help! He even came to the closing which was great because my agent happened to be out of town.

Summit mortgage was extremely professional and efficient in obtaining our mortgage. In particular, William Dukes was extraordinary. He was very knowledgeable, extremely thorough and always kept us informed throughout the entire process. Additionally, his friendly and caring ways made him a delight to work with. My wife and I are very happy with the services Summit Mortgage provided. The instructions for us to provide financial data was clear. Revisions were easy and the instructions clear. Our Summit Mortgage contact, Darren Custer, responded back to us in a very timely manner. I must confess that I was high maintenance on our mortgage application and Darren was right there helping my wife and I through our application. I would recommend Summit Mortgage without reservation. Extremely happy and pleased with the service.

Best lending company!
I'm a little late in posting but summit mortgage is the best of the best! I have used them several times and always recommend them to my family and friends! I closed on my new home about a month ago and the process was so smooth! Ray Williams and his team are top notch and I couldn't be more pleased with their service! They truly care about their clients!
