Summit Mortgage took the time to explain the various options to my son and I. It took us 3 weeks to decide which option to select; but every time we had a question, the staff was available to answer the questions or they called us back immediately with the answer. Thanks for the great service.

It was a positive experience from start to finish. All Summit personnel are very knowledgeable. They are able to help explain every detail in simple understandable language and quickly resolve all situations. I would definitely do business with them again and highly recommend them to others.
