Kevin knows his stuff and made me feel very comfortable with the decisions to be made. He advised in some areas that really helped with the sale of our home and purchase of the next. I love working with a local company and never had trouble getting ahold of anyone. Shelby was a great loan officer, available and quickly answering questions I had. She drove to our house to bring us paperwork, even! She was never afraid to let me know if she was unsure if something, and would consult Kevin and get back to me. This is an excellent quality to me because I knew she would be honest and was trustworthy. Thanks Summit for helping us get into our new home!

This is my second time using Summit! I would recommend them to anyone- Sherry is so knowledgeable and provides all the different loan options - that many other do not offer in our area. Had a great rate and a great loan option! This was what I needed and she gave me all info upfront. The process is super easy and her team was there with any questions I had. They made sure to keep me updated and Rebecca was amazing, she was so attentive and responded immediately to me. They make home buying stress free! I would highly recommend Sherry and her team for your next loan!
