Hi Nora, I hope you are well. I just checked your return request and found that we approved your return request on August 9 and sent the return instruction and shipping label to you. If you didn't receive it, please kindly check your junk mailbox. And it may have entered your junk mailbox. According to our refund policy, you should send back the item within 15 days after your return request has been approved. So you can still send back the item before August 24. I have resent the return instruction and return shipping label to you. Please kindly check whether you receive it or not. According to our Return&Refund policy, If the goods are returned due to damage or other reasons caused by us, we will provide a free shipping service. Otherwise, we currently are unable to offer a free returns service. There are two methods for choosing. 1)We provide return labels of USPS and charge a $5 return shipping fee, this fee will be deducted from the refund 2)You could ship the package with any carrier of your choice, so return shipping will be made at your own cost.
