Folks that manage Villa Jessica went out of their way to help us reserve the property for our upcoming trip. They continue to stay in touch and volunteer assistance. They do a great job!

Very good and comprehensive service. As well as a quick response I was sent a lot of additional information about the area we would be staying in.

We've booked several vacation homes in southern Italy through Summer in Italy and return to the site as our first-stop in vacation planning. They have a huge selection, so we find what we're looking for. The descriptions are complete and honest (one home on the Amalfi Coast I liked required a climb up 90 steps to reach it, which my mother-in-law couldn't have done, and the site said so up front.) The staff is available and knowledgable about the homes when I have had questions. They're professional, have something for everyone in nearly every part of Italy, and so we keep going back and booking with them! It's also great that the whole booking process can be done online, pay with the credit card instead of bank transfers or endless emails to confirm like some other rentals I've booked.

I found this booking process with Summer in Italy to be simple and staight forward. Their insurance policy, which is valid for 3 years is a great option. Most insurance policies do not accommodate for a change in schedule.

Summer in Italy was a joy to work with. everyone on staff was attentive and responsive to our needs and questions. Responses were always timely and concerns were acted upon immediately. I work in customer service and I was extremely impressed with them and would highly recommend them to anyone!! Great company!!!!!

When you work with them you communicate with many staff members but they all seem on top of things. everyone was responsive and polite. I hope the villa lives up to it photos. I will let you know

If you are ever thinking of a holiday in Italy and don't know where to start, this is where to start.....these people couldn't do enough for us and the attention we received was incredible. i will definitely use them again.

My friend and I spent hours looking on the net for the perfect apartment for our week-long stay in Positano. We were on all the other vacation rental sites and then discovered summerinitaly. So glad we did. We emailed in our booking and got a very prompt, courteous reply and had excellent communication from them ever since. Next time, we start with summerinitaly and in the meantime, we'll be telling our travelling friends about this site.
