My family and I are in the process of pulling together our first Italian vacation ever and we turned to Summerinitaly.com after a lot of research. Their site is easy to navigate and packed with information and links. I don't know if I'm really qualified to say that they are the best because it is my first time planning an Italy vacation, but they have been fantastic to us and made booking our villa in Positano cost effective and easy. We have kids 12, 8 & 7 so we need things a certain way and don't really compromise when we are planning a vacation. We peppered them with questions and our guy, Alfano, took care of every one of them with a smile and has gone above and beyond with every request. We just booked our trip and will be going this summer. So far, so good!!

I was referred to Summer in Italy to help find a villa for 5 family members for my son's wedding in Ravello Italy in October 2015. When I went onto their site, it was easy to navigate to what we wanted. As I was searching on my laptop, a pop up instant message came up from one of SII representatives with a picture of them and a greeting. I found this most helpful because I was getting instant answers to my questions and did not have to wait hours for emails. I also looked at other rental sites, but Alfano with SII called me from Italy asking me questions and walked me through his site and put me at ease with my questions and concerns. What I learned was, Summer in Italy is a family owned company and everyone who works there lives in the Almalfi Coast area and have personally visited these sites and took the photographs. I felt I could trust them and knew I would not be steered wrong. I would definitely use them again and refer them to anyone! They also have a newsletter they send out with great info on Italy! This is our third time in the last five years that we have used this website for renting a villa. Each and every time, we have had a very pleasant experience. Not only are all the personnel very courteous, knowledgable, and professional but they have always been very accommodating when it came to satisfying our personal preferences as much as possible. There is no doubt that we will continue using this website in planning future vacations in Italy

I recently booked a holiday apartment through 'Summer in Italy' and found their service and response rate to be excellent, despite the fact that some of my communications were over the New Year's holiday period and even on New Year's day.

Booked apartment in Ravello, with summerinitaly and so far the booking experience has been friendly and helpful. Excellent prompt responses and provided additional info re car hire. Makes us feel confident about service we'll receive when we get there this August. Looking forward to our stay.

The Summer In Italy site was easy to use. When I made my booking they responded quickly to confirm that they had received the request, and then shortly after to confirm my reservation. Online payment was simple and straight forward, and any issues that I had were quickly dealt with. The service so far has been friendly and helpful, which is a good start to our holiday experience.
