Summer In Italy provide an excellent booking service, which includes on-line help by their team. Communication was prompt, efficient and effective advising of the status of my booking request. The website is well laid out and easy to use. I couldn't ask for a better service.

While I haven't yet been to the Positano property booked through Summer in Italy, I believe it will be just what I wanted. The experience of booking through an online conversation with Valeria is very personal and extremely timely. Replies to questions came quickly and responses were always appropriate.

Summer in Italy is an excellent organisation and the support from Melanie has really been wonderful. I had very fast responses to all my questions and I was given so much help in finding what suited my specific needs that is was easy to make my informed decision. We found the process and communication when booking our Villa was totally stress free. Excellent communications, even extended the offer for a couple of days. Would recommend this company to anyone. Will post a further review on return from our holiday, in September.
