So far, Summer In Italy has done a great job with assisting me with the booking of a holiday apartment in Amalfi. I especially appreciated that I was able to chat over the web with their offices on a Saturday afternoon, and that they immediately followed up via email. By Monday morning, my booking had been confirmed by the owner, our down payment was made. I was able to use a credit card to make our down payment, without needing to worry about surcharges or extra transaction fees.

Within 30mins I had a reply and every request was tended to with a very timely and accurate response. Thanks guys ! Great service means everything.

Luca and her staff were an excellent team in terms of politeness, efficiency. They answered all my questions and helped solve credit card issue very quickly. I will have to say that I'm very very impressed!

A team of highly professional people. Always there when you need them, helping with a huge amount of useful information, speaking a perfect english and answering emails in seconds. The website offers a rich amount of wonderful locations to stay at while in Italy, all of them with all the information you need concerning location, price, details of the accommodation and a lot of pictures. The messenger is a big plus, as you can get real time info on anything you might think of. It's a pleasure to book with them!
