Very friendly, very helpful....was completely impressed by how customer service savvy they are. I was actually using another website to try to book a property in Italy. One property after another kept knocking me back because I needed a midweek booking. 'Summer in Italy' were able to see the problem I was having and they contacted me with solutions. I got it sorted and managed to get booked......and they have helped every step of the way to ensure there is no confusion and make the booking process as simple as possible. I have since recommended them to a family member and she has also booked with them. I hope the helpful attitude will continue through to the end of my booking ;-)
