The booking process is very simple. I received emails in a timely manner confirming requests, payments and itinerary.

For those that have researched villas in Italy you will have come across the same property appearing on different sites at different prices. This can make the process confusing and a little frustrating. I found the whole process very straight forward and the accuracy of the information very good in dealing with Summer In Italy. The best part on top of this is excellent after sales service. From their direct emails asking if you need help through to a very comprehensive website - I thought they were first class. From first email my stay in Positano was organised. Luca and Summer in Italy are friendly, enthusiastic and extremely efficient with immediate answers to my emails. I felt Luca cared . Am now very excited about my stay. Paying was also so easy.

This review is based on the service we have received to date - from the initial enquiry process, which has now lead to us booking a villa with Summer In Italy. The questions have been answered quite clearly and when I have had to ask further questions these have been answered. In fairness, I do not speak hardly any Italian, and am naturally very wary, so probably as more questions than most! I prefer to have details and this may not be the case with a lot of other clients. When Alfano has not been available to answer my e mails, due to him not working at that given time, Melanie has stepped in and been very helpful too. We are very much looking forward to our holiday, and appreciate the help and advice we have been given to date. The website is very informative. We are impressed with the info that is contained within this. Perhaps some of the photos look a little dated, and I would say that if previous clients mention facilities needing updating etc within their personal reviews, it would be helpful if these points were responded to by Summer In Italy. Both the good and the bad, as this would help with decision making, and further support the 'honest brokers' that we believe Summer In Italy to be :-) Overall to date we are very happy with the service provided.

The service provided by Summer In Italy was very professional. Response times to questions were always expedient and they provided important and interesting information as to what one could expect regarding the accomodations and surroundings.
