Booking the holiday with Summer In Italy was easy and very straight forward, with plenty of appartments to choose from.

I have never booked through a website like Summer In Italy before. The people I dealt with (Luca and Vanessa) were friendly and, most of all, helpful, making the whole process very simple. My only negative is about the web site itself. I didn't find the rating system especially helpful, because it didn't give any real details as to why something, the kitchen for example, got a particular rating. This was not particularly troubling to us, because we are fairly seasoned travelers who understand you often have roll with the flow. I can see how someone with unreasonable expectations could feel a little mislead sometimes. Keith Witt
