I am still waiting for my purchase to arrive but didn’t want to wait to rave about the excellent customer service. They really went above and beyond. I made my purchase and emailed asking to expedite the shipping and they responded over the weekend and made sure I would receive my purchase in time for an event. They also took the time to confirm I was buying the right size wetsuit. I bought from another vendor a few years ago and the wetsuit they sent felt like it was for kids. I couldn’t even get into it. So far, I am very pleased. Can’t wait to receive everything I purchased. Thank you again!!

I started open water swimming this summer. This was my first time buying a wetsuit—the team reached out to me to ensure I was getting the best fit, then followed up to check how it was working out a little after I received it. The suit fits like a glove, and looks extremely cool. Have used it in 61 F water and was extremely comfortable. This is some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced.
