Communication was excellent. I thought because I lived in LA and they were based in LA that I would get it quickly, but it took a bit to arrive because it came directly from China instead of being warehoused in the US. They told me the tariff situation had interrupted their warehouse stock and supply chain. So just be aware if you’re expecting a speedy shipment. That aside, this was the third wetsuit I purchased to try and I guess third time is the charm. It’s been 10 years since I purchased or wore a wetsuit. I used to do triathlon in closed waterways on the east coast (Hudson and East Rivers, lakes), but now I’m OWS in the Pacific Ocean. The other two brands that I tried were very constricting in the chest and were a arduous to get on. I decided on the OW Aspire-pro. Trying it on I immediately noticed it was definitely stretchier than the others; a plus for me. I chose this one bc it had 1mm less thickness in the legs and I didn’t like the extra buoyancy of a 5 mm wetsuit the other two had. And honestly, the water doesn’t get too cold here. My test swim went pretty well. It still felt a bit constricted in the chest at first but I got more comfortable in it as I swam. It kept me plenty warm and I’ve decided to keep it. It did cause some chafing on the back of my neck and under the top zipper tab. I’ll be sure to lube those places next time. Overall I’m pleased. I also think I’ll be happier with a sleeveless wetsuit like I was 10 years ago; that was my preferred one. So I may make an additional purchase with Sumarpo or elsewhere; haven’t decided. I also purchased a thermal cap in S/M. I probably should have gotten a M/L bc I have long hair. That said, I bundled my hair at the back of my neck and that seemed to work ok. I tested it in the ocean yesterday in 64° water and just my swimsuit and it kept me plenty warm. For me I find if my head is warm the rest of me is generally warmer. I was comfortable my entire swim. There was no chafing or anything under my neck where the strap was. So I’m happy. Conclusion, overall customer service was very good. Got almost immediate responses to my email inquiries. I like the suppleness and stretchiness of the neoprene in the wetsuit model I purchased. Would definitely consider doing business with these guys again.

First wet suit ever, makes you feel very buoyant, easy to put on, no discomfort. Worn it for my 15km event, did very well. So far, solid purchase. I’m not 100% certain on the material with deterioration over time. Time will tell, love it so far.

I was very impressed with this company and its mission. ​Great Service: Roy from customer service was incredibly helpful and supportive, guiding me to find the right size. Eco-friendly focus: I really appreciate their policies and the way they're committed to reducing their environmental impact. Reason for 4 stars: The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is that I can't try on the swimsuit at the moment. I'll update my review once I've had a chance to wear it!

Wet suit is great, true to fit. Shipping took forever.

I really love my wetsuit. It fits very well and have had no chafing this far with 2500m swims. They sent an email after I purchased to confirm my size and I had ordered the wrong size. So I'm very happy with that extra service! The shipping took a bit longer than advertised because it had to come from China. Overall a great product.

Great wetsuit for mobility and ease of getting on and off .Arm movement is free and easy .Would say it’s for when the water warms up a little in the UK..not Winter ...Swimming in temps of 14 currently and did notice a slight cold flush of the arms initially but having arm freedom has made this forgivable .Great Customer service .
