=?UTF-8?B?cmXvvJo=?= Dear Customer, Really sorry to bring you an unpleasant shopping experience. The warehouse has shipped your order normally. The logistics company has fired the courier who delivered the package for you, and also asked the courier to compensate part of the order amount. Please believe this has never happened before. If you agree to reship, we will choose a new logistics company. The new logistics company will have more security for the transportation of your order. Our item itself is shipped for free, only the shipping cost of your item is charged. If you insist on a refund, you need to deduct $60 shipping loss. If you agree, we will apply for a refund for you. Or you can choose a new logistics company to resend the package for you. This time, our staff will supervise your order throughout the process. Thank you for your understanding! Note: Almost two years has been and They sent a lot of messages but never the package that paid $85!!

Found them on Facebook ad. Almost bought a sofa off Sukuny which was 85% off on sale. After reading the reviews here I am so glad I didn't go ahead with the order.

scam! Don't trust sukuny I've ordered a SOFA in January. The first E-Mail sukuny said customs failed, so they send the bed again. They gave me a new tracking number full of virus, but of course the P.S. Sofa never arrived and I didn't got my money back. They always said someone has signed for the parcel, but of course no one did. They are rats, thieves and a f....k criminal FAKE company stealing from hard working people.

We ordered bunkbeds and followed the tracking until they arrived in LA at customs. After a month from the order date, received notification that they did not pass customs and were being returned. Contacted Sukuny with no response and contacting bank to retrieve my money. Scam company for sure!

I've ordered a bunk bed in January. Firts sukuny said customs failed, so they send the bed again. They gave me a new tacking number but of course the bed never arrived and I didn't got my money back. They said someone has signed for the parcel but of course no one did. This is scam at its best.

Dodgy company. Pretty sure there are not any products. Tracking numbers don't work. Won't tell me the name of the shipping company who apparently couldn't get my product through customs (only a price of furniture) and they won't refund my money. They want to take shipping fees out of it and send a whole other package, which all makes no sense and they are full of lies. I told them that is the doing company did not proceed the service they paid them for then they have to get the reimbursement from them not me. I don't believe any of it exists at all. Stay away from them.

Ordered a bunk bed 2 months ago and never received, they sent me a tracking but after trying to locate it in my emails a few weeks after it could not be found so I emailed support and it bounced back. Please do not order anything or give them your money!
