Over expensive. Terrible user interface on the backend. When someone requests an upsell, on my android app I am faced with a frozen page for the request in which I am unable to view which property and which specific upsell the guest is requesting. It's a big dealbreaker as I cannot respond to guests in a timely manner from my phone. I addressed this issue with SuiteOp and after 1 month the issue has still not been resolved. I have decided to move to Charge Automation as they are essentially the same service but they even have a free option! This price I'm paying here is just not worth it given there are practically free alternatives on the market.
