Our company has used W-Systems for about a year now for customization of our SugarCRM Cloud environment. It's been a pleasure working with a group of developers that get the job done right the first time. From the Director of Sales to the Ops Manager to the programmers... all our first class.

Thanks Cheri. You put some smiles on the dev team. We all read these reviews as they come in and appreciate the kind words. Thank you for your trust and business.

This company is always helpful! They continuously go above and beyond to make sure my CRM implementation was smooth. Would recommend. Suggestions: I know business is money, but I'd be more inclined to spend money if I was helped with bugs in the system for free. :)
Response from SugarCRMMar 27, 2019
Thank you B. We would welcome more work! Our expectation is that any bugs in the Sugar software is documented by us and presented to SugarCRM. We then wait for them to validate and schedule a fix. Sometimes the fix is fast and sometimes it does take a while - it depends on the severity and how many users are impacted. If we do any work, we warranty our customizations for 60 days after your acceptance and would fix anything for free inside that period. Lets review what kind of issues you have had. I will ask Joe Hogan, your account manager to give you a call.

We hired W-Systems in early 2017 to provide development and maintenance support for our on-site instance of SugarCRM Enterprise - both the application and the infrastructure. They were brought in to replace previous partners who implemented our highly customized system, so naturally one of our initial concerns was how fast the W-System team could learn our system and be ready to support us. I am happy to report that the dev team did a great job in reverse-engineering the bulk of our code in a relatively short period of time, thanks to both the PM and the dev lead who worked closely with me to understand all custom functionalities. Since then, the team has helped us through two upgrades and numerous enhancements, all of which have gone relatively smoothly. In addition to the ongoing work, the account relationship manager periodically brings up new ideas to further enhance our user experience which we completely appreciate. At this time, I have personally been working successfully with W-Systems team for 2 years and would recommend them to other companies without hesitation.

Exceptional Technology Partner! W-Systems is one of the most professional companies I have worked with in my career. They employee top notch people who understand the industry and the business of the customers and partners they work with. They are quick to execute on new products launches and product updates and are always willing to go the extra mile to support customers and partners. The marketing and sales department are very knowledgeable and personable and it was a pleasure doing business with them. I would highly recommend W-Systems for all business needs and partnerships.
