Our company has used a few different SugarCRM partners over the last 8 or so years, and W-systems has been the best. They offer very good customer service plus give you access to a free library of pre-packaged customizations/extensions for SugarCRM... They're very useful extensions, too. To my knowledge, nobody else offers this. In the times I've had to reach out to them for questions or support, they have been very quick to respond and exceptionally helpful. I would strongly recommend them over others.

We recently updated to the latest version of Goldmine and it has been fantastic working with Mark at W-Systems. He is clearly an expert with the program. It was a smooth update and Mark also helped with bells and whistles after the fact. Couldn't be happier!
