Quick to respond and deal with issues
Quick to respond and deal with issues. Overall been a good experience aside from some upgrade costs that hurt a bit.

Thank you for the feedback. Upgrades were a little bit more difficult than we wanted recently but we feel we are on a good path going forward and do not expect this is going to be a repeat issue.

Happy camper - Great job.
No issues. Everything worked out smoothly. Easy to work with. My only feedback would be to increase communication throughout the process. Sometimes I felt in the dark on what the status was of my request.

Knowledgeable, accessible, cost effective, understands our business
To date our experience with the W-systems team has been solid. All staff from sales, project manager, leadership, and engineering have been knowledgeable, accessible, and spent time to understand our business needs. Have gone through CRM selection, development, and deployment once before this process with W-Systems has been more cost effective and faster. My only suggestion, improve the sales to project management hand off. Happy to provide additional color if needed. Again, would choose W-systems again.

W-Systems have been very courteous and…
W-Systems have been very courteous and professional, I just haven't found that they provide much value to me. I have been developing in Sugar for over 7 years so I have found that my knowledge level of the product is right up there inline with any of the W-Systems staff. There just isn't much help they can provide to me that I'm not already aware of myself.
