Just stay away, their sales will make all promises for their GLP1 program, I’ve recordings , all screenshots and I’m going to rip them off in court & social media now. JuST STAY AWAY…

Really one of the worst experience with sugar fit , from onboarding to delivery ,still no proper process with them

I have taken sugar fit subcription few days ago. No way to call the cx service. So no contact directly.. when complained called by cx service abd argued. And no slots was avl as per the choices so had to go as per avl . Now after consultation they have forced for test which i denied. But they are forcing for it. Also did not give the right plan info initally so asking for more money. They are me to go with test without that my money has stuck. I am dissatisfied . I believe that sugaffit is just making money not concerned about services..

I had very good experience while I joined Sugarfit program. My lifestyle is totally changed. My coach Mrs. Rouhinee Dhiman guided me at all levels from food plan to exercise, she is always monitoring my day to day activities. Hence, I could control my sugar level Thank you so much coach. Also I got very good guidance from Dr. Krutika Shrikant Ingale, thanks Doctor. Thanks to all Sugarfit Teams always motivate me. When I joined in the month of March, 2024, my HbA1c was 7.8, now in March, 2025, my HbA1c is 6.00.

The system lacks close observation, guidance and feedback mechanism. It may work for certain category of people but for a person with a low BMI and 20+ yrs or diabetes reversal has no signs of happening after 12+ months. They coax you into extension of program a quarter ahead of closure and say refund is not their policy.if you are not satisfied. Most customer unfriendly, monopolistic and restrictive practice. FFD is a more thorough program as they have a separate exercise, diet coaches and the Docs are approachable- here only limited access to docs. Better not waste your money and health with these business minded bunch.

I’m in India since one year before that I was in USA. Due to immense work pressure I had developed Prader-Willi syndrome along with diabetes/Bp. When I heard of Sugarfit in the webinar thought of giving it a try and the journey starts. Was amazed if new techniques like FBV(face based vitals/ CGM) for my badluck the CGM got crashed immediately got an call they replaced they were quick which I liked the service . The coach is always behind my back for following diet and you wouldn’t believe I have lost 5kgs in 3months and my food habits have streamlined a lot. Way to go Sugarfit

As I see the other comments,may be it's a messed up start up however I have registered the program in the month of June, and I have see reversal from 7.9hba1c to 6 which is a great achievement. Yes, I have given 100% of my effort but without my coach I definitely could not achieve this.
