It is a scam. Do not try it , it may sound good. Trying to get a refund is impossible. So disappointed on Dr Phil.👎👎👎

Diligently followed Sugar Harmonys directions... for 52 days with no results. Applied for the refund prior to the 60 guaranty. It was not easy but after scores of e-mails with an Ai assistant (presumably) and many promises of expedited results ... and many apologies .. still haven't received my refund. I even opted for a reduced refund ($481.50) without return of the product - to "expedite" the process. This has been going on since early April 2026 - and recently they are ignoring my e-mails/contacts. They get a zero - no star from me - and I had such high hopes for the product!!!

I have been using it for over 96 days and my A1C went from 7.5 to 5.1!

This company should be investigated and is a scam.The sugar harmony and nerve freedom just do not work, I tried numerous times to return or get refund within the 60 days.They refer you to an Online "advanced customer support" which is AI generated, no help. I found a phone number but the rep. was rude and said my 60 days had past,an outright lie.Billed and paid through ClickBank. Will not be dealing with any of these again.

Anyone who has been scammed by the AI generated advertisement being endorsed by Dr Phil and has failed to receive a refund from the bogus 60 day refund guarantee,I would urge YOU to lodge a complaint with the FDA and any other law enforcement authority to shut them down. If in doubt about the bona fide claims by Sugar Harmony, if you check the contents of the bottles sent to you, none contain any of the ingredients claimed by these scammer promoters to assist in type 2 diabetes, especially the Okinawa honey. Federal Authorities need to hear about false representations by scammers like these, so the public can be protected.

It doesn't work. I've been on it. It must of been AI using Dr Phil and other Dr I want my much needed money back! I will never do this again. Preying on people such as myself shameful. God almighty is watching you!

Spent 200.00 and nothing happened for 3 months what a scam. Lesson learned.these people should be punished for doing this knowing people are suffering and products don't work

Used sugar harmony for two months "No Drop" in glucose sugar. Presentation stated 180 days return, when reading the warranty it stated 60 days. E-mailed request for return had to go on line fill out "Why" return. After back and forth, given address. Sent all 6 bottles, 2 used, 4 unopened. Certified No answer. David Molina
