ZERO would be my choice. And a pox on this company! They've been charging me for over a year for premium channels I never ordered. My wife pays the bills and so we just now discovered the problem. The service is at a rental property that I never go to, and is located over 300 miles away. I've emphatically rejected every come on offer they've ever made! I must have been swept up in some internal sales contest. Ala Wells Fargo. Their representative insisted that because I paid the bills I agree to the charges! It's their "policy". A policy of theft and fraud! It's like a burglar telling you he's done nothing wrong because he's robbed your house five times before. There's a reason monopolies are automatically despised, and Suddenlink sets the low bar.

Suddenlink is one of the worst Internet providers that I have ever seen! When they bill you, the have all kinds of hidden charges!!! There modems are terrible! There service is terrible!!!

This is the worst place for internet. First they insist the mailers offering internet at $14.99 then once for $19.99 they say " you don't quality"! Nothing had been discussed as to my ability to pay! I wanted get internet because I wanted to get certified to work from home. Once I got it installed immediately in less than a week I got billed for $60.60 due Monday bill came Friday prior. I called person who I was dealing with explained I needed cancel and service I could not afford the class and this HIGH COST INTERNET!! HE REFUSED then offered to pay that bill on Monday. End of the month another bill for $122.00 and he wouldn't answer his phone nor call me.I called phone number on the bill said I never have turned this on I need immediate cancellation. I was transferred 3xs no one canceling I said don't transfer me except to billing I need setup payout of only 1st bull. I wrote to them sent it to place in bill NOW I have 2 letters a bill for $199.90 and "PAST DUE NOTICE"!! I wrote again yesterday when I got these 2 letters!!!AWFUL COMPANY I NEVER HAVE TURNED ON/USED INTERNET THEY WON'T TURN IT OFF!!!
