I've been a snowbird for 5 years...I use sudden link in AZ....when I leave....they put my internet to sleep...this year...they pit to sleep...then billed me for 5 months...for non payment when I called...they said we see we put u to sleep but u owe 5 months...pay or...will turn u into collections....I canceled them....snowbirds beware....

I have been forced to use suddenlink for the last 10 years. They have a monopoly where I’m from and that’s how they like it. They can basically charge whatever they want for barely adequate internet. I’ve been paying 130 a month plus a modem fee for a modem they never gave me. They never ever improve anything. They don’t maintain the infrastructure so signal never gets better only worse. They suck money out of smaller communities and don’t spend anything to make their system work better. I just got the T Mobile home internet and it actually works here in Flagstaff. It made me so happy to cancel service. I told them I was moving to LA so they would disconnect and stop trying to get me to stay with tem.

This company has THE worst customer service. If you can get passed the auto answer guy to speak to a representative, that representative will read verbatim from a script. They even repeat the script back if you question why? Very cold. "Oh well kinda attitude" My supposed "special price" contract ended and my bill went up $30. I called and asked to resolve it. The rep put me in another "special price package" and I ask the amount for the month she told me a total and I paid. This month, I'm seeing a late fee for $1.45 that wasn't paid. Their policy is NOT to waive a late fee. I'm waiting on a manager to call me back to tell me that policy. I'm being charged a late fee for their error. They say "Oh well, sorry that's our policy. You can read your bill before you pay it." I didn't get a bill with the new pricing and she calculated wrong. Now I have to pay and they say "Oh well". They have a monopoly in our area, so I am stuck. If you have choices in internet providers in your area, I would highly suggest you look somewhere else than this company.

Easily the worst customer service in an industry. The Internet is down at least 10% of the time.

Horrible customer service! I sit on hold forever and get passed around. Then once I finally thought I got the problem solved my DVR box isn’t working now and giving error code DVRBE-403 so now on hold again. I would not recommend this service.

Okay, this company sucks beyond any ISP i have ever experienced. They advertise all the time but what they are really doing is trying to sell their company to some higher bidder based on their good will. They suck! Anybody foolish enough to buy this company based on it's amount of customers should probably not be on Wall Street. Suddenlink clearly does not have the servers to serve its customers. Again, they suck. Do not invest or as a consumer, purchase this service. It's a joke!!

I am a work from home IT Specialist, to sit through 20+ minutes of technical AI support for problems that do not exist is absolutely disrespectful, rude, obnoxious, and a waste of time for me. The automated phone tree checks every major cardinal sin of what you should not do. The internet is spoty at best and constantly requires reboots. If I am trying to troubleshoot someones pc problems and I am constantly losing connections, that's absolutely unacceptable. Being told after wasting 30 minutes to get to a person that its going to be 30 more to talk to a supervisor is an absolute slap in the face and the worst customer service. Were getting Allo fiber in our city soon, can't wait to drop these worthless pieces of garbage like a bad habit.

After calling suddenlink to have my service canceled in September, I was still charged until January after moving out in September. I paid my last months bill however Suddenlink decided to continue billing me. When I contacted them I spoke with Richard Momberg trying to his reach his supervisor Reid Johnson. I was told by both employees and was told even though its a mistake the best thing to do is pay the bill when in reality this needs to be removed from my credit because it an invalid charge. Did Suddenlink handle this the way a major corporation should?
