Honest and real prop firm
I must admit that my experience with this platform has been somewhat unfortunate due to server issues, disconnections, and the website being offline for four days. However, amidst these challenges, I encountered exceptional customer service from real individuals dedicated to providing the best possible assistance. I have genuine confidence that this prop firm has a promising future and will soon resolve the minor technical issues they are currently facing. Their integrity and commitment to excellence are qualities that are rare to come by in this industry nowadays.

Dear Pankaj, Thank you for sharing your experience, and we're sorry to hear that you've lost your account. We understand that this can be a source of frustration. We would like to clarify that at Success Fund Trader, our “max daily loss” policy is based on equity, as stated repeatedly in our communications. We have provided all necessary documentation to demonstrate that your account loss was in accordance with our established rules. We understand that this policy can sometimes be misinterpreted, which is why we are committed to offering you a solution. We have offered you the opportunity to benefit from a new account free of charge, taking into account your understanding of the rule based on fairness. But we haven't heard from you in several days. We're sorry if this policy wasn't clear to you, and we invite you to contact us directly if you need further explanation or have any other questions about your account. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are here to help you resolve any issues you may encounter. Sincerely yours Chris The Success Fund Trader team

I felt I should share this fraud here…
I felt I should share this fraud here for it to guide you in making decisions about SFT it shows that you are just scammers. How do you explain the $21,765.27 withdrawal on the account, my account was auto refresh by your system thrice, I was updating your care staff on live chat the all this profit not updated on my dashboard and I just showed you are not expecting your traders to be successful. You are just out to scam people.

Dear Yousif Sameh, We are truly sorry to hear about your concerns. We would like to clarify, as previously mentioned in our email communication to you, that it is standard practice for accounts in the challenge phase to be demo accounts rather than real money accounts. This approach is designed to provide a risk-free environment for traders to demonstrate their skills without financial risk. Unfortunately, we have not received a response to our email. We deeply value the feedback and the trust of our traders and are committed to upholding our reputation with the highest standards of transparency and fairness. Please feel free to respond to our email or contact us directly at [email protected] to discuss this matter further. We take your concerns seriously and are here to address any issues you might have. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, and we look forward to resolving any misunderstandings. Best regards, Marie Success Fund Trader
