I hate this hat nothing like what shows on internet! I’d like to return!

Shipping took forever, and when my order never arrived, the company told me it was my burden to contact the shipper to resolve the issue. Do not order from this company. You will never get your items and they will not help you resolve the issue.

Do not order anything from this company. They do NOT uphold their exchange nor refund policies. They don’t back their Customer Satisfaction promise. My experience with them was a disaster. So unprofessional, definitely not dealing with an American Co for the em correspondence was very weak in sentence structure, grammar, & lack of comprehension of issues. Their products do not reflect what is advertised & they will not address any of your concerns. I even tried writing a letter to the person and address that was displayed on the package that arrived. The letter immediately was returned, indicating no such person, no such address. This company is fraudulent. Don’t get scammed like I did. The crochet top I bought cost $46.78, it was defective, they refused to exchange it or allow me to return it, they offered me a $4 compensation refund. I thought it was a typo, but sadly they were serious. That was insulting !!!!

After weeks of waiting for my ‘ponytail visor’… this company swears they delivered this package right when we were experiencing 60 mph winds and severe thunderstorm. I have two cameras facing the street and there were no deliveries that day at all. So after all those updates (for weeks), there is no package! Their response was snarky and rude. Buyer beware…I think they’re in the business of getting your money without anything in return!!

I think this company is a scam. I ordered a hat and I've been sent 2 tracking notifications that give bogus information. I've contacted the support and I was given information to contact my Post Office who said they think this is a scam. Please do not order from this company as they will take your money and run with it!!!

on two different ordres for completely different items the merchandise was never received. company claims it was delivered giving tracking for an overseas company that says it was transferred to USPS but they have no records at USPS. It is a total scam

I have asked 3 times for a refund. Instead they offer a partial refund. On a $39.99 item, they offered $4, then $6, then $9. The website advertises hassle free refunds, but they won't give me an address to send the item to. Website says the company is FlexAl Ltd in Denver, Co, but, so far, I haven't been able to verify that. Avoid if you think you might need to return the item.
