Disappointed! It was not in a box, just a soft pac, and one of the nacelles is broken. Sad : (

I placed an order for the decepticon mesh belt that my fiance requested for Christmas, received the item a few days later and it was an autobelt belt. I contacted them to request to return the item and never recieved any return contact. I decided to reorder the item so that it would be here by Christmas and deal with the return later....the item came today...AGAIN an autobot belt. I am beyond frustrated with this situation. I have now spent $50.00 trying to get the correct item. I have reached out to the company once again for follow up regarding this matter. Let's see if I hear anything back.....

I placed an order 16 days ago. They never shipped out my order but, yet they charged my credit card on the same day I placed the order. I have tried many times to contact them by phone. You never get to speak to anyone. I have tried to contact them through their site. They never respond back. I will never do business with this company again. Buyer beware!

I ordered a youth extra large T-shirt. On the website it says that youth xl is 14-16. The T-shirt that came in was a size 10 youth which is medium not XL. My daughter needed it to wear to school, and there was no way she could fit Into a youth medium (size10) so ordering was a complete waste of time and money. The website clearly said that xlarge is 14-16 on the size chart that I looked at several times before and after the order came in.in most stores XL is 14-16 as well.

The size was very off even though I followed the sizing chart precisely! And no one at their customer service line answers the phone!

I would totally give no stars if possible. I recently placed a order which didn't get accepted FedEx said by my post office and it was returned back to them which I haven't been able get in touch to give a physical address or they haven't even gave a refund or reached out to me at all. I have called left voice message and emails with no return calls. Definitely don't recommend this site. It also never said can't use PO Box.

This item was smaller then expected. Too thin. Preferred wider collar. Do not like the return policy. Store credit only. Ridiculous

Still waiting on the Order from 22nd April 2021 last update was from 1st June still moving in the USPS Service
