I have never had an experience like this in my life. And I order a lot online. I actually looked at trustpilot before I ordered to no avail. I ordered two tops off of this company totally $100.( Not cheap) which showed to be loose fitting in the photos. I received the items and they were three sizes too small. Best part is when I went to go to return them, not only do I have to pay shipping to return them which I was fine with but they also deduct $14.99 to cover their cost originally shipping the item. I have never heard tell of anyone doing this. Not sure how a business that operates like that got four stars on here. Pay close to attention the return policy reviews, some were ripped off even more returning items. Beware!!

I ordered 5 items. 1 was ripped and 3 were poor quality (not at all as described - and very cheaply made yet they were both around $55 each). When I tried to return the items, the company kept harassing me telling me to instead the keep the crappy items but I would get a $25 voucher. I kept insisting I wanted to return them because they were ripped or poor quality. The customer service team then said if I return the 2 items that aren’t ripped, they would charge me $20 in addition to the shipping charges. This seems fraudulent given they advertise free shipping. I would NEVER buy from this company again. The clothes really aren’t good. Even the 2 I kept were questionable but I can probably get 1 wear out of them. The customer service is so bad that I wouldn’t ever give them another try. HARD PASS - BUYER BE WARNED.

Very disappointing return experience. I asked to return my full order because the clothes did not suit me. Customer service repeatedly tried to convince me to keep the items, accept replacements or take a voucher instead of simply processing the return. I paid the return shipping, as expected. However, my original order showed $0.00 shipping, and the company still deducted an additional $40 from my refund. I paid $223.55 for the order and received only $183.55 back. The return process was unnecessarily difficult and, in my experience, clearly designed to discourage returns. I would recommend reading the return conditions very carefully before ordering.

Do not reccomend, terrible sizing and worse return policy.

I've now had 3 items delivered to replace the first item that was too small.Was offered a 2nd item at a reduced rate and was told to keep the 1st item. The 2nd item was massively oversized.Was again offered to keep the item and purchase another item at a reduced price. I took a pair of shorts to be safe and the material is so thin that I couldn't possibly write a good review as ive now spent over a £100 with nothing to show for it that. Also the time I spent with emails and going through the catalogue looking for something. Dont bother with this Chinese products,buy local and save yourself alot of hassle.

Market quality products! Looks good on website and didn't realusectgd shirt was polyester. Looks terrible and would even wear this fir sleeping. Customer service e is like dealing with someone in their bedroom on a laptop. The expect you to pay excessive shipping g costs to return products. This company is a scam

Esperienza pessima con StyleSock. Ho effettuato un ordine da oltre 220€, aspettandomi qualità e un servizio coerente con un sito che si presenta come “internazionale”. In realtà mi sono trovato davanti a una gestione assurda del post-vendita. Problemi riscontrati: - Due cardigan IDENTICI ordinati nella STESSA taglia arrivati con vestibilità completamente diverse: uno corretto, l’altro enorme come se fosse una XL/XXL. - Una tuta con vestibilità completamente sbagliata e tessuto fastidioso sulla pelle. - Un pantalone acquistato proprio perché dichiarato con vita elasticizzata… che in realtà NON era elasticizzato. Ho inviato foto, spiegazioni dettagliate e cercato più volte una soluzione ragionevole. La prima proposta? Pagare 75$ per ricevere replacement items di prodotti problematici non dovuti a un mio errore. Dopo ulteriori email e trattative, invece di una soluzione concreta, mi è stato chiesto nuovamente di rifare foto e prendere misure dettagliate di prodotti per cui avevo già inviato prove evidenti. La sensazione è quella di una continua perdita di tempo per scoraggiare il cliente dal richiedere assistenza. Per siti molto più economici come Temu, Shein o AliExpress ho ricevuto in passato assistenza e procedure di reso decisamente più semplici e trasparenti. Servizio clienti estremamente deludente, soprattutto considerando i prezzi richiesti.

I did not receive my three products and it said it was delivered or attempted too! I did receive my one order, which was the shirt I did finally received all my items and I am very pleased with them. Thank you!
