Absolutely disgusted. Placed an order for Christmas gifts. With plenty of time to spare. Didn’t receive an email about shipment until December 15th. But the order didn’t actually get to UPS until the 19th. Now tracking shows deliver on the 27th. Not doing me any good. For the amount they charge for clothing. You would think they would have their act together. So disappointing for my children

If I could give this company a negative rating I would. Believe all the other reviews about Stussy. You get no confirmation email, no status on your order, and it's impossible to get answers. I wish I had seen the reviews here before placing my order. Don't order from Sussy and expect to get a delivery. They have figured out how to collect their money quickly and you have to dispute the charge on your credit card to get it back.

Thieving and Crooked! Stussy customer service is a complete atrocity to deal with, and furthermore this company is crooked and unethical. I returned a purchase meeting all return guidelines and received no refund. I had to relentlessly chase customer service through emails/chat providing all of the same return info and still they claimed my item could not be found. I finally sent a screen shot showing it had been returned over 10 business days prior for them to admit they had it. In the end I finally received a partial refund not inclusive of sales tax. Also, Jonathan the chat agent lacks the competence to use a tracking number/basic function of his eye balls.

Honestly, I'm utterly disappointed with Stüssy's customer service (after sales). I wear Stüssy since the 80's and have always loved it. I placed an order on 6 September and on the confirmation it says delivery via DHL. NO updates, no details on my delivery, no tracking, no response from Stüssy! Extremely irresponsible. This business will soon go buzz if such inferior service continues. Is DHL going around the world with my package?? I'm wondering if this Stüssy website is legit!

I ordered something on 8/20, the money cleared my bank on 8/22. I’ve just to receive a shipping notice and the customer service chat is a joke. They provide automated responses when I want clear answers so when will this ship. It’s now been 19 days since I’ve ordered and I have no way to escalate the issue. The email and chat options do not resolve what I need. Horrible service and no way to get help.

The worst customer service ever experienced. The parcel went missing, but Stüssy just tells me that they can’t help me and that I have to get in contact with my bank. Seriously? Do not order here! Misleading and not worth to operate as an online business.
