colour fades after a couple months
ordered a tennis bracelet but the colour started to fade a few months after wearing. could definitely buy better quality for the same price.

Waded in two weeks
I worn it everyday with the diamonds facing out the back fade I have a gold plated watch from 20y now with no fading why is that showers twice with it on

Hi Mark, My greatest apologies for the experience you've had with your jewellery. Our products are guaranteed for 10 years and should not fade through normal use during this time. I can only put this down an anomaly in manufacturing, and this piece you have does not meet the standard of the rest of our pieces.
