Part of my order was cancelled unexpectedly and without explanation. When I contacted them to ask what happened, I got no answer.

That was really fast shipping

Purchased the set of Sonic pint glasses for my son for Christmas. They are colorful and I know he’s going to love them. The ordering process was quick and I received the glasses quickly. I appreciated that one of the owners contacted me and made sure I was happy. I will definitely be ordering again!

I placed an order on November 9, 2021. On November 12 got email that my order is being shipped out with a link to track. A week later I tried to check on the tracking for my order and the link doesn't work. I emailed customer service regarding my order and the tracking. They respond back with a different tracking number. I use that tracking number to check the status and it is showing that a shipping label has been created on November 12 and USPS is waiting to receive the package. Two weeks have gone by and when I check the tracking on the package it still says the same thing. No other tracking on the package, the only thing showing is that a shipping label was created. I email them again and still have not gotten a response back yet. There is no phone number to call them directly so email is the only point of contact. I don't think they ever even shipped my order out. I will be disputing this transaction if I dont' receive my order within a month. It is not like it's being shipped from another country, it's within the U.S. Never again will I order from them or recommend them to anyone.
