Pending Payment of $383 – No Response from Support Team
I worked as a tutor on StudyGate and completed assignments sincerely. My earnings of $383 USD have been stuck as "Payment Pending" for several months now. I contacted their support team multiple times — through emails, different IDs, and even internal messages — but received no response whatsoever. After being ignored for weeks, I filed formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Even that didn’t prompt any reply. The most disappointing part is not just the money — it’s the complete lack of communication or accountability from a company that relies on freelancers to operate. If you are a tutor considering StudyGate, please be extremely cautious. They may delay or withhold your earnings without explanation.
