★☆☆☆☆ - Sanne Vloet’s SoulSyncBody: Fake persona, lazy product
If you've watched Sanne Vloet’s influencer videos, you'd think she's this warm, disciplined, wellness-obsessed guru living and breathing everything she preaches. She's not. I've seen her around the city multiple times. What I've observed doesn't match the image she sells. Once I caught her actively trash-talking someone, loud enough to overhear. So much for that grounded, positive-energy brand she projects. Three times I've seen her and her husband eating out. Each time she ordered food she couldn't be bothered to finish. Leaving him to scrape up the remains. That alone tells you everything about how she operates. Take the nice photo, perform the aesthetic, let someone else deal with the aftermath. Every time I've crossed paths with her in public, she looked consistently moody and disengaged. Not tired, not having a bad day, just sour and checked out. The gap between who she is on camera and who she is in the wild is huge. Once you see it, you can't unsee it. Her entire social media presence is a carefully constructed lie. So it's no surprise her wellness app is a total cash grab. The Pilates content is low-effort and worthless. It’s clearly produced just to squeeze another dollar from followers who trust her name. Nothing original, nothing useful, nothing worth opening the app for. It's a subscription trap disguised as a wellness platform. She doesn't want to help you feel better or get stronger. She wants your money. Skip it.
