This was my first time utilizing this tow service and it was great from beginning to end!. The dispatcher was in constant communication, the driver was friendly and professional and I didn’t wait long at all for the tow truck to come. Price was definitely reasonable too!

I was supposed to get a tow service one morning and the company cancelled the service and has yet to give back the refund they promised. It is difficult to even get in contact with anyone. No one answers the phone or emails

Trash. No live people just trash AI. Sitting on the side of the Rd. Request towing. Sent a link. Can't use it because the code is sent to a number that isn't mine. Try to rebook. It says a request is in progress. But I have no way to confirm or pay. Try calling the service. Get a damn AI bot operator that is complete garbage. Refuses to connect with a live operator. Same with text. Worst tow service ever. Useless and trash. Calling another service because this company has its head squarely up its ass and doesn't care.

Great price. Prompt service. Driver EXCELLENT. my vehicle is a beast. Commercial weight pickup but the driver has 30 yrs handled it eell.experience and gave me a ide home too. God bless
