Hi AL, We're very sorry to hear about your experience and sincerely apologise for the lack of communication. This isn't the level of service we aim to provide. If you received an item that doesn't match what you ordered, we'd like to make this right. Please contact us at [email protected] with your order number, and we'll prioritise your case, including arranging the appropriate return and refund if there has been an error on our part. As a small independent start-up, we're still growing and continually improving our processes. Every piece we create is produced with sustainability at its core, with many of our garments being one-of-a-kind or made in limited quantities rather than mass-produced. We truly appreciate your patience and support, and we hope to resolve this for you as quickly as possible. The Stuart Trevor Team

Hi Daniela, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are sorry that your experience left you feeling let down, particularly regarding our communication. Stuart Trevor is a small independent brand, and while we're passionate about creating sustainable, limited-run collections, we know that great customer service is just as important. Your comments on both our responsiveness and sizing have been noted and will help us improve. We'd really appreciate the opportunity to put things right. Please get in touch with us at [email protected] with your order details, and we'll do our best to help. The Stuart Trevor Team
