Scammed into 2 immediate payments taken…
Scammed into 2 immediate payments taken from my account. Promised by email that one had been cancelled, however no refund given as yet and only 1 order delivered. No paperwork with parcel, now not answering where my refund is!!

Dont fit - no refund......Avoid
The straps didnt fit and asked for a refund they are only offereing 50% so not hounering their refund policy at all. Automated responses - Avoid

Crap
Crap, sent from abroad, came in a jiffy bag with no name on them, and dont say im reveiwing the wrong company cause you have my details on your record but keep asking for them, rip of company.

Ordered in good faith
Ordered in good faith, but when I try to get a refund for unused, unopened straps, I am told firstly I can only have a 25% refund, then only 50% refund. I was told my straps are unique and cant be refunded or exchanged. I have now gone back and shared their refund policy and the fact you do not even select a size! I think because they are made in Hong Kong is the reason they try to prevent you from getting a refund, as you are possibly not able to send the goods back ro them??? Hard work so far and no refund to date 😡.

I never received my straps
I never received my straps. Evri showed a photo of them being delivered to the wrong house. I have tried to retrieve them but the owner denies having them Stryde and Evri have totally ignored my request for help

Comany advertising "Or your money back" what a joke
Advertising "Or your money back" , what a joke . Company refusing to give me my money back as its to small for my knee, offered 25 % ten 50 % now just ghosting my latest e-mail despite mentioning "No quibble guarantee " and goods are covered by Consumer Contracts Regulations. They just want your money with zero intention of honouring what they themselves have written about returns.

Deceptive shipping
I guess I’m a little confused. I used the Stryde website you but you guys are saying that it’s not theirs and it’s yours. And I’m not really sure how to update the review correctly not trying to punish a good company just upset with the other company and apparently they must’ve hacked your logo and everything else. Maybe you guys mlneed to change your site and or you’re gonna have a lot of problems. But I am pretty sure that this is the correct marketing company for the piece of crap knee braces that are shipped from China!

“STRYDE” straps come from China and are unmarked with a brand name
I ordered from the official Stryde site. The knee braces took 4 weeks to arrive. When they arrived the 2 “STRYDE” Knee braces were in the package. The boxes were labelled as Patellar Supports! No mention of Stryde in the boxes. They look identical to all other Pattelar supports . They did not fit around my knee and were very uncomfortable. I contacted “Stryde” after 4 weeks they refunded my money, for this I cannot fault them but many people are now having great problems getting a refund. They have recently started an advert telling people not to buy from Ali or Temu, I don’t believe a word they say. I believe the real Stydes are drop shipped from Chine and the company doesn’t really exist in the UK
