If I could give a 0, I would. The merchandise is not what it was described as, and the quality is horrible. Then they make you jump through hoops to make a return request, only to reply that they don't think there's anything wrong with the quality of the merchandise. Do not be decieved by pictures that look great. That's not what you will receive. Never again.

These boat shoes are great. Lightweight, very comfortable. I bought the wide width, and it’s perfect! So many times I’ve bought other types of shoes or sneakers in wide and they’re not wide enough. These are! I would buy them again, in did buy the grey ones, very similar style. Also a great fit!

Worst customer service. Delivery took very long. Quality is super bad. Can't return the items. Highly disappointing! Never again!

I ordered 3 sweaters well over 40 days ago and still havent received them. The shipping information stopped 10 days ago when it was in "Morgantown" and now the half rate tracking site they use no longer pulls up my shipping information. I should have not purchased them. Cute designs from facebook ads tricked me and now I am out my money. Terrible company.

If there was a zero star option, I would have chosen it. I just hope and pray that anyone researching this company BEFORE they buy can read this. Don’t do it. The sizes are so far off. I ordered 2 XL sweatshirts. One was big enough for 2 people to get into and the other one was big enough for a small child. This company’s communication is by far the worst infrastructure I’ve experienced n my whole life. Go to temu.com and get what you want for $8 before you spend $72 like me. Dumb, dumb, dumb BUT lesson learned!

I ordered 3 shirts, one was great, but the other 2 were bad. One bad one had an unfinished, too large neckline. The other was awful fabric, shiny and synthetic look and feel. I didn't try to return, but I should have. It took 3 weeks for delivery. I won't order here again.

Beware - don’t order from this company. The sizing runs small. I ordered four sweatshirts in my normal size and when they finally arrived they were too small. Took numerous tries to finally get a response to my email. No offer for me to return or exchange for correct size. I was told by the customer service rep “to give them as gifts”. Horrible company.

Do not buy from this website! I ordered three weeks ago never got my shirt and the customer service refuses to answer any of my questions! Terrible!!
