So I bought a few items. One was for Christmas. They all showed up over a month after I ordered them. I tracked the items. They came from Belgium which I thought was weird. Went to their website. Stated a 14 days return policy after delivery date. Everything was way to big or to small. They want to refund me 10% of purchase price and that’s after a few emails. I don’t understand. This was embarrassing. I won’t be purchasing down them or anything like this again. I even looked up the website to make sure they were legit. Disappointed to say the least.

Ordered a sweatshirt that was pictured as a distressed heavy weight light green sweatshirt. The item I received was a long sleeve polyester t-shirt! Awful quality and the design on the shirt is wrinkled. Shipping said the item was coming from Sweden but the return address on the package was New Jersey LOL! Took over a month to get to my house which is a 30 minute drive from the return address!!!

I wish there was an option to give 0 stars. I ordered a sweatshirt as it was listed online. However, what I received was a long sleeve thin t-shirt. There were several red dye smears and dots from the printing, in areas that it didn't belong in. When trying to return the item because it was defective merchandise, they made it nearly impossible! I wasn't able to get my money back. Don't waste your money, it's not worth it.

If I could give this company a zero I would. I ordered four shirts and the quality of all of them are awful. They are trash. It took over 10 weeks to receive all four items. The customer service is awful, never answered my emails. I couldn’t get a refund. Buyers Beware!!! Please don’t waste your time or money on this company!! They are trash.

Do NOT expect your item to look like what is pictured online. Whatever you see on the model is not what you will get. Customer service is poor, and the price they charge for the quality of what you get is terrible. No refunds.

First off take away the One star! I will NEVER buy anything from this place again. Didn't receive it. Contacted them and was told to check with my neighbors. I have no neighbors. Then they said, check with the post office, when I entered the tracking number it didn't exist! Never again!

RUN AWAY! Complete FALSE advertisement. The pictures are all of a sweatshirt hoodie with a crochet pattern on it. But what came is a paper thin T-shirt with a crapy screen print.

Do not buy from this company! I ordered 2 shirts and one had the bottom sewn on inside out. The other still hasn't arrived 44 days later. I have been emailing with them for almost 2 weeks. They only want to give me $4 and are unwilling to send me a non defective shirt and keep telling me to wait on the other one.
