Hello, Gregory! Thank you so much for the kind words. We're delighted to hear these are the most comfortable sandals you've ever worn — that's exactly what we aim for with every pair. We're sorry the other style you wanted wasn't available in your size. We're always working to expand our size ranges, so please keep an eye out, as it may become available in the future. Feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] and we're happy to let you know if and when it's back in stock. Thank you for being a Stride Trail customer!

Hello, Jamal! Thank you so much for coming back to update this, and for giving us the chance to sort things out. That really means a lot to us. We're sorry for the confusion and any stress the wait caused you at first, that's never the experience we want anyone to have. But we're really glad our team could clarify the timing and that the sandals arrived just as promised. Thank you for your purchase and for your patience with us! Sounds like they're everything we hoped, light, comfortable, and easy to buckle. Enjoy every step in them, Jamal!
