These customer orthotics fit my HOKA Bondi 8 and 9 perfectly. Customer service is great and insoles are soft and supportive. I like the “flap” design on the edges as that works really well in my shoes without compromising support.

I have been looking everywhere for orthotics for my cycling shoes. I tried Upstep, but they didn’t fit at all, and then they made me go through an incredibly annoying return process. These custom insoles warrant your serious consideration. Actually, forget the consideration part. You should just buy a pair. You will be amazed. I wish I had looked for them over a year ago when the fat pads in my feet first started to degrade. After just one day of use, I feel I may just have a life again. So far so good! Dr. Cartun has been incredibly responsive over email - like answering all my questions in minutes. He asked for additional photos of my son and identified a need to build up extra to compensate for ankles flaring in. Looking forward to receiving the orthotics and seeing if they relieve the pain. 🤞
