Date of order 2 July received order 16 July Over all not too bad could have been better instead of confirming order I got a support confirmation email and so looked at payment and was over charged. I informed them and I did receive refund quickly. I should have had copy of order for confirmation and tracking number as it did initially flag up concerns my order however is complete and received the product which actually is very good quality and I am extremely pleased with it, and I would now buy from them again thank you

Excellent, such an obvious solution but it took someone to point it out. One issue though! You provided no instructions! Not everybody would see how to figure it out. Hence 4 stars not 5. Always remember those who think differently from an inventor! Also your videos involved a zip. Bit confusing when one doesn’t find one?lll

Goods arrived in good time and purchase looks exactly as advertised. Only minor niggle was that ability to track the order was not as good as other companies.

Great product but postage took to long

Ordered 3 packs as not much in one ,have not used it yet so cannot say anything else ,good communication and delivery ,will up date after I used it thought sounded good for emergency repairs

Not sure how many sheets to use. One is not enough

A long wait for the goods to come from US to UK, but company kept sending progress reports on parcel progress. Goods arrived safely and well packaged. Excellent product.

Only thing why I didn't give 5*plus I think the product wasn't what I was expecting,,it looked as though the nail clippers would reach down side of big toe nails But in reality just nail clippers with handles
