Item was not as eficient as expecyed

I really like the nail clippers and file... however it it much smaller than I thought it would be.

My wife used this site, the order confirmation showed the expected price with free postage and packaging. However the charge on her card included it. If she didn’t check there would have been no refund. Please review your charge once your order is completed to make sure you are not over paying. Also best to use a credit card. The order is very recent but I will add a note later to describe the full transaction process.
