Hello everyone stop don’t order from this store website I waited over 2week for my order I contact the store they me I have to wait 10 days so I waited to hear they are out of stock what’s so crazy is that the reason I had to wait it because it had to be printed now it’s out stock the customer service sucks she had an attitude and hang up in my face I’m a business owner and I take the time out to support this business and that’s the BS I get bad for business and the store manager or owner need to close the website down @streetwearofficial #dontshop #badserice also I will make a video and post it on google little that yall know it’s the wrong online shopper you play with and if this an black owned business you should feel bad and remember when you start how hard it was and stop playing with people time and money

It take TO Long to receive a your package I like the site but I’m looking for somewhere else to shop I order from different sites and I’ll have my package in less then HALF the time shopping off here

Everything about the store is terrible. Overpriced clothing and accessories, really old clothes and hats, seen them since 2022, and I’ve met the boss, a real nutcase, has 0 social skills and is hard to talk. Overall on the store, it’s not worth shopping or working there. Don’t come here guys. My rating here is a: 1/10 ⭐️

This has to be by far one of the worst companies that I’ve ever dealt with in my whole entire existence. Not only does their customer service suck, but the quality of their merchandise is even worse. I’ve gotten the same shirt that were completely different tones when they should have been the same. in two different tones because they did not get the color, right. The sizes are absolutely terrible and extremely inconsistent. I got four different shirts all medium and all fit different. The collars of the shirt ruffle up very easy as well. I do not have one good thing to say about their merchandise their store or their customer service. when I was trying to resolve this matter, I’ve been hung up on, over a dozen times. No one cared. There is absolutely zero customer service. I had to replace my whole order. They wouldn’t to give me a refund. They ended up holding my order for almost a year before I got a credit so I could replace. I really wanted a refund but they refused

I recently purchased a the mystery box of jeans and I was expecting different brands and I got one brand and three out of the five pants looked exactly the same just different colors very disappointed!! Very!

Why do they take so long to process and get product out the door? Can a rep give a legit answer? Their competitors have the same gear and ship like regular business should. I emailed customer service to ask this question and got a generic answer that wasn't an answer. I'll give you an answer- they drop-ship and have no product on hand. Please go elsewhere until they improve their ungodly long shipping time. Vengeance 78, Rawalty, The shop 147, Fashion Nova and even boohooman are all so much faster. Please take this seriously or prepare to be disappointed. Thanks for your great customer service streetwear official- said no real person ever.

Purchased the great tracksuit Parcel arrived 2 months after ordering which is a joke. Quality of tracksuit does not match what they show on website. No labels attached other than made in China.

Everything that I got already came off in the wash I loved the graphics but definitely don't care for the quality
