Updated review: They have now rebranded to Cineflix, but they still have the same url and domain. I have requested on many occasions for a refund, and they still have chosen to ignore me. There needs to be transparency and honesty. This review deserves no stars, but I had to give, so I gave it the lowest possible. I completed all the tasks that were requested. After watching the required hours of video, I expected to receive my withdrawal. That didn’t happen. Instead, I was redirected to a page requiring me to pay for a subscription package before I could continue withdrawing my money. Naturally, I was frustrated—this hadn’t been mentioned at the start. Had I known, I could’ve made an informed decision. Still, I decided to pay for the monthly subscription package, believing the pros outweighed the cons. After payment, I waited for my account to be verified. Before making the payment, I was advised by somebody called Theo on the support team to contact Martha Davidson on Telegram, who guided me through the process using cryptocurrency. That should have been a red flag. Nevertheless, I went ahead and paid $100 for the subscription. A day later, my account was verified—but then I was told I had to make a tax payment. They even provided a fake address for a so-called tax office in London. At that point, I laughed and realised I had been scammed. Shortly afterwards, the Telegram account for “Martha Davidson” was frozen and then deleted—another clear red flag. The company now uses a bot to send out fake withdrawal alerts. I’ve requested a refund, though I doubt I’ll ever see it. Their Telegram support bot doesn’t even work. It seems the entire operation was built on this fake persona of “Martha Davidson,” who has since vanished into the scam vaults of Telegram notoriety. The reality is: I won’t get my refund. This is an elaborate scam. Please avoid it and save yourself the money and stress. Sadly, it appears this company preys on people in economically vulnerable nations, exploiting those who can least afford it. Lastly, if it sounds ‘too good to be true’, read the red flags and run.
