StreamableReviews of streamable.com

I had several videos up for a good long while before uploading an animation test video that used audio from a tv show. Then suddenly, out of the blue, it along with all of my other videos are deleted and my account suspended. If you're thinking about using streamable for sharing clips/memes or making any form of content (especially anything sports related) you simply can't with this platform. They are all too trigger happy to delete all of your videos that you post on their service that have been in good standing for over a year with out any transparency and will cite vague 'community guidelines' as the response before moving on. You are better off using any other platform, like dropbox. Don't give them a cent.

It only takes 2-3 reports from reports trolls and all your videos are deleted.

TO CLIP VEDIO

Warning! The worst company to host videos and streaming"

They recently deleted my account without warning. They said I violated terms but wouldn’t tel me which one. I used it as a storage space for clips that I edited together and uploaded to a streaming software. Months of material gone! The email said I could download but there was no option and customer service said everything was deleted for a mysterious violation. Come to find out they raised prices and my account was on an old pricing plan. I assume that’s the real reason they terminated my account.

MY VIDEOS GET DELLETED BECUASE I DIDNT PAY YOU MONEY? YEAH THAT EXPLAINS WHY YOU ARE SO POORLY REVIEWED. DIE. MIDDLE FINGER.

They absolutely suck for hosting videos. I had a BUNCH of clips on my account. Vids of me gaming and vids of parts well known from tv shows (Like Homer drooling or Travis from Reno 911 getting electrocuted). My vids are my property and the clips are just that...clips. It falls under something called fair use. However, Streamable doesn't care about that. They went through and deleted everything in my account, including my personal content. Between the two accounts I've had with them, I've had over 150+ videos deleted. Can you imagine YouTube or Twitch completely wiping out your account for no good reason? And then when you contact them, all they say is "you were in violation of TOS" and when you ask them how they say "you were in violation of TOS" and when you explain you heard them and ask HOW you were in violation of the TOS they say "you were in violation of the TOS". ^If you wanna go through that crap, by all means please use Streamable. B/c that's the BS you'll put up with. (Luckily, after the first wipe, I started backing up all my videos in case of a second wipe. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. And Streamable is the AIDS we all love to hate.)

They hid the fact that the video gets deleted after 1 day. 1 day, I laughed.
