Hello Nicole, I don't see a record of your return arrival at the warehouse. Please provide a tracking number and we'll see where it is. As far as your other concern, your order #149349 is the only order we have for you on record.

Sarah, you are certainly free to return them. In fact you were sent a return authorization on July 3rd and you chose not to return them apparently.

Hello Izzy, The shoes you purchased are the LOGAN Vintage. Each pair has a treatment on them involving a small but of black ink that is rubbed onto the shoe, which is clearly visible in the product images. Each pair has a unique treatment, and perhaps yours were heavier than others. Please reach out to customer service for a different pair or a different style.

Ouch, your order states that you returned your shoes because you changed your mind. And then we never received them. Send us a tracking number, (oh and then this customer charged back on us)

Daniel, the shoe you ordered does have a texture rubbed on the shoe to give it a vintage look. The photos online represent the intended look. If you received something different, then by all means provide customer service with some images of anything different and they will take care of you. It is true that the excess substance can be rubbed off with some windex and a paper towel.
