I ordered a pair of sneakers on line 8 days ago. I have not received them yet. I have not been given any information regarding the approximate date when I will receive these sneakers: will it be in 1 week? 2 weeks? 1 month?

Customer service is an absolute joke

We ordered a size 9.5 mens shoe and were sent a size 8 mens shoe. This was supposed to be a gift and now they're sold out online. I don't know how they could ship out the wrong item. Still waiting for Straye customer service to reply.

So far, not so good. Ordered in September. One update offered. Product still has not shipped nor have I been informed of any approximate time line.

Never got my money and I got my bank to prove that I never got the refund back from y'all idk who is in charge of doing the financial stuff but something ain't right bc I didn't get it and it's quit pissing me off at this point

Shoes arrived with these black streaks all around on the bottom white part of the shoes. It will not come off no matter how hard I tried. Emailed customer service about this issue as soon as I got them. It's been almost a month now & no response back. Was going to order a second pair but in all white but have changed my mind now.

I ordered shoes from @thestraye and they sent UPS, delivery company lost the order. I contact Straye to get my shoes they say they’re not responsible for the lost order and then Brandon doesn’t respond after that on their customer service chat. Send messages for help with customer service on issue through social media direct messaging on Facebook and Instagram. No response. Sketchy. Buy from another company that actually values their customers support because here you might never get your order or refund and they’ll delete social media comments to avoid accountability. Then this response “be kind and see how far you can get with that response” what response? They don’t even respond until after this review.
