Shady. Unprofessional. Scammers. Believe the other one star reviews. They are a very accurate description of this brand. Not the fake 5 star ones. This company will scam you. There’s a reason their comments are limited on Instagram to only positive ones because they know if they let anyone comment, people would comment on their shadiness. They use great marketing to get you to spend money on their product but good luck on getting an even exchange with them. I bought vintage Logan shoes from this company. Received a pair that looked way more “distressed” than the ones advertised on their website. The pair I received looked beat. Went to return them and they wanted me to pay return shipping and they weren’t going to refund me the initial shipping cost either. I didn’t find this to be fair so I filed a dispute with my bank. Somehow lost the dispute, and as a last resort decided to ask again if I could return them and they agreed to accept the return as long as they’re in resealable condition, which they are because I have never worn them. I bit the bullet and paid return shipping as well as was willing to receive a refund minus their shipping cost. Once I told them they were delivered, they responded with “It’s about time” without processing the refund. So I asked when will I be receiving my refund and they just viewed the message and never responded. It feels like this was their plan all along because I filed a dispute with them so they baited me into returning the sneakers to get back at me and leave me with nothing plus spend more money in the process. Update to their initial response: I clearly didn’t leave out the chargeback because I mentioned filing a dispute with me bank. I wouldn’t have had to file a dispute in the first place if your business practices weren’t shady. Calling me impatient as a child on Christmas really shows your professionalism. Maybe try answering my message before responding to this review. My tracking number is 9434636105536453766671 . Shows delivered. Still no refund. Update to their updated response: still no answer to my message directly to them, only response to this review. However, I will be waiting patiently for my refund and update this review if I don’t receive it today since my package was delivered Friday.

I gave you one too many stars! I ordered, you accepted the purchase and 2-3 weeks later, when Shop was telling me my order was here, I received an email saying REFUND $84, and no explanation as to why my money was being refunded, NOR DID YOU REFUND THE WHOLE AMOUNT!!!!!!! I am telling every single one of my friends at school "BEWARE OF STRAYE!" They are terrible and the customer service wretched!

I contacted them about a pair of shoes I ordered. One of the shoes was damaged. They said they'd send me a new pair. I received an email saying a pair would be reshipped and on February 6, the re-shipped pair was canceled. Without ANY email or contact. I just happened to check on it tonight, February 7. I don't think it's fair to cancel an order when it wasn't my fault the shoe was damanged. And then to be promised to receive another one, and then it was canceled is inexcusable. I've bought a few pair from Straye and I love their shoes. But this is baffling without any word about the cancellation. And I'm still paying for damaged shoes. Really disappointed.

When I purchased the shoes for my son they did not fit. It was $10 for shipping to get the shoes and 20 to ship them back. It cost me $30 for nothing. Extremely frustrating

My mother in law purchased a pair of shoes for her son from your guys website that came in absolutely horrible. I have the same exact shoes and you guys said it “came this way” but there is a literal piece of the shoe missing on each individual shoe and there is colored black ink all over the shoe even on the rubber white parts. When I physically picked up the shoes my hands were black. Not to mention this was ordered as a Christmas gift December the 16th that said it was going to arrive in fine print on December the 21st and it came 5 days late, she gave her son a picture of the shoes in a box on Christmas morning. Once she contacted you guys to return them your company said we are responsible for a $40 shipping fee to mail these shoes back even though it is not at all what we ordered. We aren’t even asking for a refund of the shoes we did not receive the shoes that portrayed the ones in the picture. We are asking for the ones we thought we were receiving so we aren’t paying an extra $40 for a shipping label when this was clearly your company’s mistake. After going through all of this it’s not even worth representing your brand of strayes shoes if this is the way the company treats the people who admire their product. We want full reinstatement of the shoes because these shoes will never be worn and it was a waste of hard worked money and time.
