The shoes look cool but must admit they're terribly uncomfortable. I've literally only worn them twice and now they're collecting dust. They don't fit properly, when I take a step my heel slips out, and there is no cushion, they're like walking on hard flip flops. No arch either. Like I said, the look is on point, but the comfort and durability is a ZERO.

This is the second time they have sent my son shoes with discoloration on the white suede and the side of the shoes. There is no phone number to contact and the bot chat doesn't respond. Very poor customer service and I hope I get a rude note back from your supposedly customer service department.

For one pair of shoes ordered, the difference between the woman 10 size compared to the 9.5 that I already have is very to much. The shoes is to large, doesn't stay in my feet, with sock, with an additional sole, with orthese; nothing work! It's to large, and nothin keep the feet inside. I ordered also a pair of mule, and each shoes colour of the pair is not exactly the same ; like of in a box and the other in the window, or I don't know ... Won't order from you again. You could just send me proper product... But it's true, it maybe not very nice from me. Sorry.

I never got a tracking number

got the red fuegos laced them up and noticed some red chipping as I laced up the shoe .. didn’t think anything of it . I wore them for the day . didn’t get them wet or anything and when I get home I notice the white laces are red and my sock are red some the dye on the shoes . I contact customer support and they offered me $20 and wrote in all CAPS . person seemed mad , he wasn’t of any help at all. this company claims to be better than other company’s like vans .. I don’t think so … poor poor customer service .. john sorry to say but you shouldn’t be in customer service .. I won’t be buying from them again nor will I be recommending UPDATE : still bad customer service

Shoes were torn…not in good shape

Horrible fitting and quality shoe. I ordered fuegos and the outsole was completely caved in and deformed. They run big as well and the tongue is clunky and doesn’t even cover my whole foot. Went to return them and am only getting $49 refunded out of the $71 that I paid. Horrible product and service **Updated** I have the invoice that shows what I paid and what I got for the refund so say what you want I guess. With this kind of customer service it doesn’t seem like a quality control inquiry would do anything anyway. Low quality brand

John from customer service laughed when I asked for my discount code even tho I signed up to get the 10%. Asked for refund he ignored me. Great cus Service John. Won’t be buying anymore from this company.
