Shoe doesnt fit 100

I ordered a pair of slip-on shoes with a full heel. I received a similar pair without a heel. I returned them. It was difficult navigating the return because of the return options on their website, and there was no way to explain the issue. I think their website needs work in this regard. "Contact Us" was the only option. I messaged to explain the issue. Ultimately I got the pair I wanted, and they later gave me credit for the shipping on second pair when I suggested it. All in all, a frustrating experience that ended up just fine.

Tried ordering a shirt but ended being out of stock. I was bummed but Straye reached out and let me know they would inform when when they get a re up. I appreciate the fact they were willing to keep me in the loop.

Shoes look nice order 2 pairs on the 27th it's the 29th still waiting on a tracking update

Received my order in timely matter. Very pleased with the product. I did order white socks that came had quite a few snags in them unfortunately. Other than that I am very pleased.
